Fee

We do not bulk bill or offer concession rates.


Hourly fee = $250.00*  


Invoices are issued after each session and payment is required before commencement of each subsequent session.  Payments are made by bank transfer.


*Please note:  The current fee of $250 per hour is effective from January 2025.  Fees will be subject to an increase of 10% at the beginning of each calendar year.  Integrated Psychology fees are less than the 2024 - 2025 Australian Psychological Society recommended fee which is $311 per hour.  

Psychology Services

Initial assessment session:

All new referrals require an initial assessment session.  An initial assessment session is conducted over 90 minutes and the fee for initial assessment is $375.00.  The initial assessment session allows you to meet with Catherine to discuss your therapy goals. Catherine will ask questions about your past and current health so that she can understand your therapy needs and offer a therapy plan.  Depending on your therapy needs and your therapy goals, Catherine may offer short term therapy or longer term therapy.


Short term therapy:

Following an initial therapy session, you may decide to pursue TRTP.  TRTP is generally conducted across 3 consecutive weeks.  You will meet with Catherine on two consecutive days within the 3 weeks.  Therapy sessions will vary in length between 60, 90 and 120 minutes.  Altogether the therapy takes around 8 - 9 hours.  There two further sessions scheduled one-month and three-month after completion of TRTP.  These follow-up sessions track your progress and ensure you are continuing to meet your treatment goals and continuing to thrive.  Sessions are invoiced at $250.00 per hour.


*Please note extra sessions may be required depending on your circumstances.  This only becomes apparent across the course of therapy and will be discussed with you as you proceed.  Additional sessions will be invoiced at the hourly rate.


Longer term counselling:

Following an initial therapy session, you may decide to pursue longer term therapy.  Sessions will be scheduled according to your need and your treatment goals. Session fees are $250.00 per hour.


Neuropsychology Services

Problem Solving Kick Start:

A 90 minute initial assessment is conducted prior to all neuropsychological assessments.  This provides you opportunity to discuss your assessment needs with Catherine so she can ensure you get the most from your assessment. The fee for initial assessment is $375.00.


Neuropsychological Assessment:

The fee for neuropsychological assessment is $2200.  This includes two assessment sessions, scoring and interpretation of test results, written report of results, and verbal feedback/explanation of results to you and anyone you choose to bring along with you.


Rebates

Mental Health Care Plans:

A receipt for Medicare rebate can be provided for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year for clients who are referred by a GP or psychiatrist under a  Mental Health Care Plan.  The current minimum rebate is $96.65.  This means the Gap fee payable by you is $153.35.


Health Insurance:

A receipt for health insurance rebate can be issued for therapy sessions at your request.  Contact your insurer to see if you are eligible and to enquire about the rebate you will receive.


NDIS clients are welcome.


TAC and Worksafe:

A Gap Fee applies for all TAC and WorkSafe subsidised sessions.  All TAC and Worksafe referrals require a GP referral as well as a relevant claim number.

Cancellations

We know things pop up that interfere with our plans, however cancelled appointments can be offered to waitlisted clients when there is sufficient time provided.


Short Term Therapy:

Cancellations for full TRTP therapy are required one week prior to the first therapy session or a cancellation fee of $250 will apply.


Cancellations within the course of TRTP therapy are not advised as this will disrupt the flow of the therapy.  Please ensure that you are able to commit to the dates of therapy before confirming your intention to proceed.


Longer Term Therapy:

Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment.  A cancellation fee of $250 will apply to cancellations provided within 24 hours of a scheduled counselling consultation.  


Neuropsychological Assessment:

One week notice is required to cancel a scheduled neuropsychological assessment or a cancellation fee of $250 will apply.
